30+ days before pickup/delivery: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
14-29 days before pickup/delivery: 50% refund or a rain check for the full amount.
7-13 days before pickup/delivery: 25% refund or a rain check.
Less than 7 days before pickup/delivery: No refund, but a rain check may be issued.
Day-of cancellations or no-shows: No refund or rain check.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another customer or redeemed for cash.
Rain checks are valid for 12 months from the original event date.
They can be applied toward future rentals of equal or greater value.
Rain checks are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only one rain check can be issued per order.
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery or pickup time, no refund will be issued.
A re-delivery fee may apply if the delivery must be rescheduled.
At Miami Valley Party Rentals, safety is our top priority.
In the event of severe weather (e.g., high winds, storms, lightning, or flooding), customers may choose to:
Reschedule their rental to a future date (based on availability).
Receive a rain check for the full rental amount, valid for 12 months.
Refunds will only be issued if Miami Valley Party Rentals determines that conditions are unsafe and cancels the rental. This includes situations where:
Wind speeds exceed 20-25 mph, making it unsafe to set up or maintain tents.
Heavy rain or flooding makes delivery or setup impossible.
Severe weather warnings are issued that could endanger customers or staff.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Alternatively, they may choose to receive a rain check for the full amount, valid for 12 months.
