Trenton was so kind and accommodating with the time I needed to pick up the chairs that we rented. When it was time to bring them back hie was very prompt. He even allowed me to change times on pick up and drop off. Would recommended Miami Vally party rental. Thank you Trenton.

MVPR did a fantastic job! We ordered chairs and they were delivered on time! We also ended up in a pinch and needed a tent rental as well. Trent was GREAT! He squeezed us in even though we weren’t on the schedule for a tent, delivered, set up, and picked up after!!!! We couldn’t be more pleased!!!!

I am happy I found Miami Valley Party Rentals. My spouse and I planned our wedding reception ourselves, wanting to save money, and there are not many places where you can affordably rent chairs or tables or anything of that sort, and even fewer where the rental company does not try to sell you some sort of planning package. MVP Rentals' straightforward book-what-you-want deal was extremely refreshing. I was slightly confused when I arrived at the address and found it is in a storage facility, but don't take this to mean it is anything less than professional. The owner is friendly and well-organized, and the rental items are in excellent shape. The owner is also flexible with evolving needs. If you need event supplies, I highly recommend Miami Valley Party Rentals!

Rental Window: We have a 72-hour rental window. If you're trying to book items within 3 days of your event, the system won't allow it. Yes, we do offer same-day delivery and pickup services. However, please note that availability may vary depending on factors such as rental item demand, staffing, and delivery routes. If you require same-day services, we recommend contacting us well in advance to confirm availability. Please note: Same-day services may incur additional charges.

Yes, rentals can be picked up the day before and dropped back off the day after your event.

If you lose or damage any rental items, you will be charged the replacement cost of the lost or damaged item(s).

Most cars and SUVs are suitable for transporting our rental items. However, please ensure your vehicle can accommodate the size and quantity of the items you're renting. If you're using a truck or trailer, use blankets, tarps, or padding to protect the items from damage during transport. Secure the items with straps to prevent them from falling out of your vehicle. Enclosed trailers are preferred to protect against rain and road debris.

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date. We cannot hold items or reserve a date without the deposit.

Here's a general breakdown: Residential Properties: Most residential properties in Ohio don't require a tent permit for smaller tents. Public Property: If you're planning to set up a tent larger than 400 square feet on public property, you'll need a permit and fire safety inspection. Additional Considerations: Local Regulations: Always check with your local authorities for specific permit requirements in your area. Multiple Tents: If you're using multiple tents, each one may require a separate permit. The cost of the permit is the customer's responsibility and will be added to your invoice.
