Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve items.
Remaining Balance: Due one (1) day before delivery or pickup.
Quotes: Valid for 30 days. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Standard Delivery: Included in your quote. Calculated per mile + a percentage of your order subtotal, with a $40 minimum.
Main Level Delivery/Pickup: Included.
Additional Fees Apply For: stairs, elevators, or distances over 50 ft. from the vehicle to the setup area.
Weekend Rentals: Friday delivery/pickup – Monday return.
Weekday Rentals: Day-before delivery/pickup – Day-after return.

Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 2 PM
Customer pickup & return by appointment only.
After-Hours Delivery/Pickup
5–11 PM: $100
After 11 PM: $200
Exact Time Delivery: $50
Same-Day Delivery & Pickup: Required for parks & select venues. Starts at $50 (distance-dependent).
Last-Minute Orders: Must be placed at least 1 week in advance. Subject to availability. No same-day orders accepted.
Tables: $1.00 each
Chairs: $0.50 each
Tear-Down: Same rate as setup
Advance Arrangements Required: Must be scheduled prior to delivery; subject to crew availability.
Tent Setup: Included in tent rental.
Mandatory 10% rental protection (non-refundable).
Covers: Accidental damage & weather-related damage.
Does NOT Cover: Negligence, abuse, or loss.
Excessive Cleaning: Starts at $50 (e.g., mud, food, spills).
Replacement: Charged at full replacement cost for lost or non-repairable items.
Re-Delivery/Pickup: $100 for missed or rescheduled deliveries.
