βœ… Miami Valley Party Rentals – Payment, Delivery & Fee Structure

πŸ’³ Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your items.

  • Remaining Balance: Due one day before delivery or pickup.


🚚 Delivery Fees:

 

  • Standard Delivery: Included in Quote

    • Calculated per mile + a percentage of the order subtotal, with a $40 minimum.

    • Includes delivery and pickup to/from the main level.

  1. Additional Fees May Apply For:

    • Steps, elevators, or distances greater than 50 ft. from the vehicle to the setup area.

πŸ•’ Rental Periods & Business Hours:

  • Weekend Rentals:

    • Delivery or Customer Pickup: Friday

    • Delivery Pickup or Customer Return: Monday

  • Weekday Rentals:

    • Delivery or Customer Pickup: The day before your event

    • Delivery Pickup or Customer Return: The day after your event

  • Normal Business Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, customer pickup and return by appointment only


⏰ After-Hours & Night Pickups:

  • After-Hours:

    • Deliveries or pickups outside of normal business hours.

    • 5 – 11 p.m.: $100

    • After 11 p.m.: $200

  • Exact Time Delivery:

    • $50 fee for delivery at a specific time.

  • Same-Day Delivery & Pickup:

    • Required for parks and some wedding venues.

    • Starts at $50 (distance-dependent).

  • Last-Minute Orders:

    • No same-day or last-minute orders.

    • Orders should be placed at least one week in advance.

    • Orders placed within one week are subject to the availability of items and crew.


πŸ› οΈ Setup & Tear-Down Fees:

  • Table Setup: $1.00 per table

  • Folding Chair Setup: $0.50 per chair

  • Tear-Down:

    • Available at the same rate as setup.

  • Advance Arrangements Required:

    • Setup and tear-down must be arranged prior to delivery.

    • Subject to labor availability.

    • Setup of any other items is not available.

  • Tent Setup:

    • Included in the tent rental price.


πŸ”’ Damage Waiver:

  • Mandatory 10% rental protection (non-refundable).

  • Covers:

    • Accidental damage or damage caused by natural events.

  • Does NOT cover:

    • Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or loss.


⚠️ Additional Fees:

 

  • Excessive Cleaning Fee:

    • For items returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, food, etc.).

    • Starts at $50.

  • Replacement Fee:

    • For lost or damaged items beyond repair.

    • Full replacement cost.

  • Re-Delivery/Pickup Fee:

    • For missed or rescheduled deliveries or pickups.

    • $100 fee.
