Exact Time Delivery:
$50 fee for delivery at a specific time.
Same-Day Delivery & Pickup:
Required for parks and some wedding venues.
Starts at $50 (distance-dependent).
Last-Minute Orders:
No same-day or last-minute orders.
Orders should be placed at least one week in advance.
Orders placed within one week are subject to the availability of items and crew.
Table Setup: $1.00 per table
Folding Chair Setup: $0.50 per chair
Tear-Down:
Available at the same rate as setup.
Advance Arrangements Required:
Setup and tear-down must be arranged prior to delivery.
Subject to labor availability.
Setup of any other items is not available.
Tent Setup:
Included in the tent rental price.
Mandatory 10% rental protection (non-refundable).
Covers:
Accidental damage or damage caused by natural events.
Does NOT cover:
Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or loss.
Excessive Cleaning Fee:
For items returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, food, etc.).
Starts at $50.
Replacement Fee:
For lost or damaged items beyond repair.
Full replacement cost.
Re-Delivery/Pickup Fee:
For missed or rescheduled deliveries or pickups.
$100 fee.
